I saw a female entering the first floor in her swim suit and asked if she knew how to get to the pool. We were hoping that this would be the only issue, in which we had to encounter, however, it was not. Being that the hotel was completely booked full, we chose to suffer through the night since we were leaving early the next morning. Room 104 had a pungent rotten crab leg smell that stayed in the room, no matter how much Lysol, Febreeze, air freshener, or cologne was sprayed. We were given keys for rooms 102 and 104 in which we stayed. My husband, children, and I reserved and booked two rooms with Microtel near Jacksonville Airport for Friday, June 30th, 2023.
